I don't know how urgent you are to get ahold of some of these, but I actually have about three of the media guides from given years/teams you listed. The problem is that they are all at my home in Chicago... whereas I'm currently sitting in my apartment in St. Louis. To be honest, the only time I have actually scheduled to return home this semester is after graduation in May. PM me if need be.
