To whom are you addressing this comment?

It's easier to predict when you aren't specific.

That doesn't surprise me. I mean they did finish a few places higher then us in the World Cup. I think it will be a very good game and I hope we get the win.

Well, Turkey does have good legs... They can really stay abreast of the competition.

I am disappointed in your post. I think you have run a fowl of the pattern set by all of the replies.

Never underestimate your team. Let your hopes and dreams be the wings upon which you soar.

turkey may have finished higher in the 2002 world cup pecking order, but we'll stuff the ball in their net more. the US didn't make the pilgrimmage to france this time to go down easily.

without goose on our team, there will be no defensive lapses. anything more than beating them by one goal will be gravy.

turkeys up for a good basting.

Let me tell you spectics something. If you think that either team will remain cooped up in their own half field, you are damn wrong.

To win, you have to put a little skin in the game.

There is nothing better with Turkey than dressing and cranberry sauce.

It's hard to soar like eagles when you play Turkey.
I hope we don't get a headache after plucking their carcasses. But if we win, Bruce will be able to make sandwiches off the win for weeks in the soccer press.

Regarding tactics, counterattacking or playing defensively would be a serious mistake. We need to play aggressive, take the game to the them, and just stick the ball down their craw.

Interesting to see we're getting almost exactly the same odds as New Zealand vs. Japan.

(feeling the expectant stares of the others)

    That's for the birds?

Without Hakan Sukur on the table, we should be able to feast on Turkey.
