It's 5 days to Opening Night, and I have not been able to find the local broadcast schedule for FCD. Has their been any announcement of where our games are going to be this season yet?
Forgot MLS was on espn so as I turned there a min ago I somehow accidentally tuned into fox4. Low and behold the had a sports feature on FCD! This must be wackyville.

yep likes almost all games will be covered on TV and the ones not scheduled yet are being worked on... great news and great job from the FO
For my own selfish purposes I actually like the fact that FCD has been mostly ignored by FSC and ESPN. I used to subscribe to cable almost solely for the purpose of watching FCD games, but with this year's schedule it's pretty feasible to dump that and just pay MLS $40 for their internet streaming thing.
If FCD was the only thing you had cable for wouldn't it have always been more feasible to dump it and pay for matchday live?
If you are cool with watching the game on a 24 hour delay go for it. I bought it last year but got frustrated with the blackout rules causing almost all games to be blacked out locally. I was able to watch the games 24 hours later, but by then, a)I had already been to PHP to catch it live, or b)watched at a buddy's house.
Yeah, that's what I did. Might not have been clear in that post. I've had Match Day Live in the past, but this if the first season that I'll be relying on it exclusively. I'll keep an eye out for those blackouts, too. If I have to wait to watch certain games I can deal with that. It's pretty awesome that we are to the point now where we expect every single game to get TV coverage somewhere. It wasn't that many years ago that the TV complaints on BS were "Why can't we see ALL the games?" but it seems we've graduated to expecting that and just worrying about which games are on which channels.
I would like to see this too, really more for a pre and post game show to listen/call into to while tailgating. I tried pitching to Hitchcock the idea of buying some early morning or late evening air time on one of the 3 sports stations in the metro-plex for an hour or so of time for a show. I mean if 'train-station fitness' or 'autoplex leasing hour' can buy an hour on a sports station why can't FCD? I was met with, "we have a spanish broadcast on <insert station, 1270?>. All in all I think it's an area of media, maybe dying but still, they could investigate tapping into.
