Ljungberg leaving?

    Yeah the Star is pretty dubious...but Fulham fits a profile that might suit Montero; and has reputation for watching the MLS for talent. I think it is just a rumor of course, but one that probably has a little weight to it.

    as long as he (montero) stays for the remainder of the year, that's all i'm concerned about. if he bolts before then, our chance of hoisting the mls cup this year are in the toilet.

    Sorry, but Montero looked awestruck and completely lost against Chelsea today. Of course he's young enough to get over stage fright and eventually get to play in Europe.:eek:

    He did indeed make mistakes today, but he also made some very nice plays, going toe-to-toe with Terry at one point and beating him.

    He still makes poor decisions with the ball sometimes, but the raw skills are there, and were evident even in this game.

    Count us out, we are not buying older players, the club policy are young starlets who will be developing further.
