They're starting to look a bit deflated. We've had it in their end for about 10+ minutes. If we can get one more before the half, they'll be squashed.

    C'mon you Reds!

It missed Kuyt by inches. Keeper waited to move and it got in.

Mascherano gets beat once and then sprints 30 yards to chase the guy down and make the tackle. Cheap foul called.

Derby FK fizzes across the 6' box.

Quick break the other way for us with Pennant on the left. Kuyt heads a snap cross over.

certainy enough opportunities to have made the 2nd half redundant

*whoosh* there goes another one, Pennant great 1-2 ith Mascherano, crosses to Kuyt on penalty spot (balloons over)

Pennant giving them fits on the left. He need to learn to strike the ball on goal though.

Derby just looking to lump it into the box now. Foul on their CF Howard.

Cross into Torres who uses a chest and toe to get a shot, but blocked.

Hyypia needs to let Agger play the ball out of the back. Hyypia either booms it to noone or plays dangerous balls to Derby's MFrs.

Arbeloa gets a great ball through the left hand side. Cut back and sweet lay-of to Babel - who delays and pulls it back. Shot, goal.

    Surely that'll kill their spirits?

I'm really happy with Pennant right now. If he can start getting shots off around the 18 as well as crosses, he'll take it to the next level.

Derby's not very good, but he's made them look even worse.

If that Pearson isn't a young Scholes -- I don't know what is!

Now that I got that off my chest, good dominance by Liverpool -- absolutely beautiful goal by Babel. I predicted 4-0, lets see if we can pop another 2 in! :)
