Oi! Wake up, you dozy oafs! Don't we have a match on Sunday? Against one of Rodgers's nemesis.

Not sure what the team will be but Milner looked in some kind of discomfort on Thursday. But I hope Lucas will be on his foul-strewn best to cut off the breaks, and Benteke scores more than just the one goal. Oh, and Coutinho will continue from where he left.

The next game is always the most difficult.

Skrtel and Coutinho to start for sure - If Milner isn't fit - Ibe may be rewarded with a start - if not Lallana will return to a starting role.

If Milner is fit - then I think he starts but again comes off at around 60 mins.

    --------------------Migs------------------------
    Clyne----Skrt----------Sakho----------Moreno
    -------------Lucas---------Can------------------
    Lallana/Ibe--------Firmino--------------Coutinho
    --------------Bentekasaurus-------------------

Bogdan, Origi, Ibe/Lallana, Milner, Lovren, Tex, Allen

anything other than a win, and Palace go ahead of us in the table.

in fact we could end up behind Palace, Watford and Everton depending on their games.

They, CP, are coming off a draw with Manure. A game when they hit the post twice and DeGea had several inspired moments, again. I hope he goes back to Spain next window.

It's not going to be a walk in the park but I'm sure our fearless leader has all this worked out.

Bane of our existence the last few seasons. We owe them a hiding. I'll take a 1-0 Reds win though.

I'd rather Lallana than Milner but mainly because the latter is functional rather than creative.

Need to win this game going into the international break. I'll leave the team sheet to Klopp

I think Lucas is one yellow card away from a suspension. With City up next, it's a bit of a worry.

Injury prone players mostly, and dinosaurus management of players by national team managers.

Not the most positive of starts-- Mignolet with a pass which puts Sakho under pressure from Zaha and we concede a corner. Nought from it, though.

Good going. 4 1/2 minutes and we got over the half way line. Not for long though.

Palace the brighter of the two sides. Lucas and, especially Sakho are being hounded in possession. Bolasie seems to have beating of Sakho.

Ibe starts a break, to Lallana who floats a nothing ball to the back post where there was no red shirt remotely close by.

We seem to have regained some composure-- Lallana and Moreno hunt a seemingly lost cause which is headed out for a corner. Nought comes out of it although it wasn't a bad delivery.
