    N'Gog! 4-0 Liverpool

Great header across the face of goal from Lucas and N'Gog with the final touch into the net

    Absolute domination.

Good performances all around from our squad.

Nothing lifts the spirits like a thorough domination of a team managed by Fat Sam.

    4-0 FT.
Add 4 goals to the +GD.
Now we need Sunderland to get a result.

Our goals were all nice to see too!

Well-executed, good finishing, and even some top-drawer long range shooting from Danny Boy!

I really can't get over how great Insua is. For being 19, he's solid, calm, composed. Great crossing too. Just great all around.

We got a little lazy towards the middle of the game but it was good to see us get the 2 at the end.

We can defend, we can score, we need to put this together on Tuesday.

Unless something weird happens, I am kind of expecting Insua to be our number 1 left back next year.

Not much to say other than it could have/should have been 6-0 or worse.

We dominated from the get go - Torres' wonder goal 5 minutes in settled us (great assist to Carra). Should have had a couple of more and then another Torres goal at 33' put the game away.

We then visibly took our foot off the pedal - for better or worse and started to trying to Arsenal the ball into the net.

Torres got pulled with 17 minutes to play - a pretty decent rest - and then we added to more for gloss - including an Agger bomb.

Overall it was a pretty nice performance from the entire team - though the front guys (Torres, Kuyt and Benny at least) were all a bit selfish this game. Riera and Insua were having a lot of fun on the left - and while Riera beat his man with ease almost every time he often pushed the ball too far thus negating a nice cross that could have been played back into the middle.

Men of the Match - Mascherano and Insua. Close second(s) - Carragher, Torres and Alonso (controlled the pace beautifully).
