That’s how you react to conceding. Score one of your own. Some great goals on show.

I'll give him goal of the game over Jota just because of his age.

That was an entertaining 90mins of football. The guys seem to have bought into the bosses ideas and are looking sharp.

    Nice speak.
Good to see Jota has shaken off his holiday rest. He didn’t look as good the last match. That goal and a tap in from Luis was pretty.

    Really impressed with the performance.

Gravenberch stood out to me. He was excellent in the center of midfield.

Quansah has made himself first choice. Despite one big mistake he looks outstanding.

Trent looks to be in good form at right back. What Slot asks from him this season will be interesting to watch. He didn’t do anything too crazy. Spent some time inverting into midfield. And he stayed at home in order to be part of the build up. It doesn’t matter where he plays as long as he can get on the ball and use his range of passing.

Jota’s goal was sensational. Diaz with great goals too.

Dom was outstanding in the number 10. While Elliot I think is better technically, Dom’s running and athleticism is what is going to make him first choice. He got in behind the defense like a forward to create the first goal with his pace. He leads the press while also getting back to help the defense. He’s everywhere.

Trey Nyoni is absolutely special. He took that goal superbly. He can be anything and everything.

I posted in the transfer thread that it’s strange that him and Gomez only got 15 minutes when they could have started the second game today. Gomez is linked to a move away and Baj has been rumored to go out on loan.

Missed the game (but did win a tennis match) and I’m glad Gravey put in a good performance. Perhaps this formation and role suits him better.

I’d imagine those that didn’t play would get time this pm?

Definitely the weaker side; then again so are Las Palmas.

Was Doak's header creeping in? Nunez directs it in but was offside.
