I thought he was very good too. Do you trust him enough to cash in on Kelleher and be our #2? Or you trust him to replace Adrian?
While it's probably not a popular view I trust Kelleher enough to make him the #1 and I'd cash in now on Alisson while his value high. Keep Jaros as #2. I think Kelleher is ready and we could use the money to strengthen in other areas . I It would be a bold move which I don't to happen though.
He’s got it, hasn’t he? Overall, I think we’re generally better than what we think we are, if that makes sense. There’s very little drop off in performance with the squad players and as the players get used to Slot’s methods, we’ll hopefully see their better looking after the ball.
How dark was it looking? As dark as BJ w DT or AJ wKH? Okay - I'll explain ... Before Joe and After Joe Anyway, like that - it got better.....
I said similar in the Pornhub thread. Allison, on his day is amazing, but his best years are behind him and we could probably sell him right now for much more than we could Kelleher, who I see as our future.
They aren't. He's a keeper. His best years are now. He's brilliant. but... I can see the point. Jaros is the star - not Kelleher (who is quite good).
Are Allison’s best years behind him? He was phenomenal last season. His injuries are becoming a concern, but when he is fit there is no better keeper in the world. Kelleher is a good keeper but nowhere near Allison’s level in my opinion.
used to really hate playing on a thick grass surface..... soo effin' annoying... and it seems that they can never really get it down to the lower carpet-like level becuase it is thick! So, double whammy usually
he was like that at Fulham. Problem is with Elliot playing, when Diaz and Nunez are back, he won;t get much game time if he stays, and he seems to be a one who goes off the boil when he doen;t play. he is the business though. But, then again, so similarly was Suso.... i'd keep him this year.....
IMO - never once in recent Klopp years ( a couple of the earlier years, yes) did any LFC pre-season team look as neat, slick and precise as the actual side that showed up on Premier League MatchDay 1
It was. And it's a problem for the WC in two years - the pitches were a mess at the Copa and have been in these preseason matches.
Ali has another two years left at the top level. Jaros needs another two years til he's ready. Match made in heaven. Bad luck for Kelleher. He's never going to be a great. He'll have a career like Gulacsi, just always below that elite level but he'll retire with a career to be proud of and more than a few million in the bank.
