Tsimikas just couldn’t stretch far enough to tap it to Elliott who would have had an open goal.

 

If you ask me, ManU have been pretty poor in their shape and ball possession so far this game.

 

Onana with a nice save off a deep cross from Bradley. Now they come back and score a second. Jones buries it after a nice pass from Salah.

 

Yeah, but they looked like that last year as well. I think 7Haag just doesn’t know how to coach.

 

Salah onto another attacking move, but manages to fake everyone out with a back heel. I’m not sure he meant to do that…

 

Salah with another beautiful pass to lay it off to Bradley. Unfortunately he is open in the box and instead tries to lay it off again instead of shooting.

 

Konate takes out an opposing player… about the only positive thing he’s done so far.

 

New ManU kits look weird. The way the color goes to a deep red towards the bottom of the back, with a brighter red “sweat strip” makes it look like the players are soaking their shirts in sweat all the time (or maybe they are!).

 

Onana manages to trip himself while trying to collect a ball with no one around.

 

McTominay with an awesome pass to Elliott, setting liverpool right onto the attack! It comes to nothing as Onana manages to keep his feet this time and collect it.

 

There seem to be a large number of ManU passes that are straight to Liverpool players. Are they just that bad, or are Slot and company coaching players to take up spaces?

 

Poor defending by Liverpool and it nearly costs us. McTominay can’t put it into the net.
