With the way Liverpools playing, theres no reason we shouldn't take them apart. Don't let the results fool you, they look like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. 2-0 Manchester United.

should be a gud game. liverpool are coming off the back of a 2-1 victory...which they didnt play that well in (i think?). united left it slightly late until geting the 2nd and 3rd goal against pompey, but have just beaten rangers comprehensively. With forlan scoring 4ina row...and van nistelrooy ending his scoring drought, hopefully we can geta few goals. i predict united win!

Current form means very little in matches like these. We've won three in a row now and want to prove that it's not a fluke. Both teams will be playing out of their skins. I'm calling a draw a 2-2 draw.

OTOH, if Man Utd play like they did against Fulham... *gulp*

Ronaldo might be the key to this game. If Riise plays left back... Ronaldo can either pin him back... or they can take the chance of letting Ronaldo run amuck down the flank.

One real problem with this: Man Utd's significantly better than Liverpool. On Liverpool's day, no doubt they're a good side. But player for player, they just don't match up. I can't imagine you guys scoring twice this time. I could, however, imagine a 0-0 or 1-1 draw. Of course, I couldn't imagine Utd conceding 3 goals against Fulham, either ;).

I'd say the most likely result is 1-0 or 2-1 Utd, though.

heh... take out Butt, put in Djemba'Djemba, and that might just be Utd's best side, on form.

You guys are no fun sometimes.

We beat them last season with no Ruud goals. Why not stick it to them a bit? :D

Sticking it to them without the DutchPhenom two years in a row would be too Ruud, we as the better team should show more respect.

    Diego will play at Anfield

Fergie: "Diego is thriving on games, and his goal was a marvellous hit. But we know he is capable of that. He does it a lot in training, and is an instinctive hitter of the ball. . . . . If you score every week, as Diego has done, you give the manager the problem of wondering how you can leave him out. He has scored in the last four games and will play at Liverpool on Sunday."

I hate Liverpool. I hope it is something insane like 6-0 or 7-0 Man United.

My biggest worry is that United seem to underachieve after a midweek CL game. It seems that this habit is mostly against lower tier EPL teams, though.

Passing by a video shop one day, a Liverpool supporter's attention is caught by a poster in the window with the following advertisement:
For Sale: Liverpool Video, The Glory Season, Price £1200.
The fan goes into the shop and talks to the man behind the counter.
'I might be interested in a copy of this Liverpool video,' he says, 'But it's an awful price. How come it's so dear?'
The shop assistant shrugs and explains,
'Well it's ten quid for the videotape, and £1190 for a Betamax player.'
