I'm starting to sound like Ken, but I really can't get my head around NFTs...... Liverpool's NFT range flops with just 10,000 sold out of 171,000 available in the first six days of the club's much-maligned foray into the cryptocurrency market. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...ld-171-000-six-days-cryptocurrency-foray.html
ask 5 "experts" to explain them to you and you'll get at least 3 different answers. hopefully people are starting to realize these things are essentially a con. laws need to be past to outlaw the use of "currency" when referencing this shyte. they are in no way shape or form any kind of fukking currency. they are ridiculously speculative investments, likely to lose you a ton of money, with zero intrinsic value.
NFTs are not intended to be a currency. Think about them more like a "collectable" like artwork or baseball cards. But unlike artwork, you can't hang it on a wall - can just pull it up on your device to look at once in a while (my precioooouuussss). And I think new NFTs tend to be more pricey than new baseball cards? Might be a good investment if you get lucky. On the other hand we will be flooded with a deluge of NFTs over the coming years and most of them won't be worth the blockchain they are printed on. Personally think they are dumb af.
Ken thinks, he does now and then, that he’s too Fkn old to fill his head with this crap. Shite that I’m never ever going to get into or care about.
There is a silly, fad-like element to NFTs, but we're heading into a world of augmented reality and where the internet will become more immersive, almost indistinguishable from reality. They don't make much sense now, but they might make sense in time.
Can't argue much with this TBH: CARRAGHER'S DREAM LIVERPOOL XI Goalkeeper: Ray Clemence Defence: Steve Nicol Virgil van Dijk Alan Hansen Trent Alexander-Arnold Midfield: John Barnes Graeme Souness Steven Gerrard Mohamed Salah Attack: Ian Rush Kenny Dalglish https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...pool-XI-picks-just-THREE-current-players.html
One can only hope there is no ugliness on Sunday. https://sports.yahoo.com/merseyside-desperately-needs-friendly-derby-070810129.html
Excellent article. I wish I could say otherwise but I am expecting crap from the Bitters on Sunday - on and off the pitch - especially if it gets to the point where they realize they're getting nothing from the game.
In Klopp we trust. https://theathletic.com/news/jurgen-klopp-extends-liverpool-contract-until-2026/1WBPt9qJxn5V/

LOL can you imagine? other teams would just save everyone a lot of time and forfeit their games against us.
