On paper, EV isn't going for it, but on the field we attacked and tried to get that goal even if it meant exposing the defense. Could have had this game wrapped up already. Let's just get the next goal.

Get the impression Valverde 'tactic' is to do a rope a dope and let Liverpool burn themselves out and if it's still only 1 nil with 15 minutes remaining space will open up for us. But it's a high risk strategy, cause if Liverpool get an early goal in second half we are in huge trouble .

Messi wasted 2 goals that he would've very likely scored any other day. Jordi Alba also wasted 2 goals, but he is after all a defender and deserves some benefit of the doubt.

Overall: I love Messi, but it's difficult to continue to defend his lapses in mentality when he's not even hitting the target after being served with 2 clear-cut chances to finish the game, and by the way, the game should've bene done and dusted by now had Barca been even remotely clinical (read: Dembele's shitshow in the first leg, and now Messi and Alba in the second leg). Hopefully Messi can overcome what can only be described as a mental lapse, because the chances seem to be falling to him in this game.

It's not like we are playing ultra defensive...

I think Messi was surprised by Alba pass, when Suarez was in empty net I think. But thanks for the input anyway.

VAR would have been interesting if Suarez had scored that.

    Looked a little offsides.

I don't get yellow card for unintentional hand balls.

Liverpool are missing Keita, Salah, Firmino and Robertson has gone off injured, this is utterly pathetic.
