Dang USA Channel - they take 24 hours to get the game back on if you don’t catch it live…4:30 am is early for us West Coast fans…
I cut the cord - I'm going to YouTube tv soon. DIRECTV just couldn't make the customer loyalty credits work any further to get me down to the level of most streaming services. I was surprised when the guy said I'm sorry there's literally nothing I could do to keep you after 14 years - ive been getting anywhere between 30-50 a month in loyalty credit for like 5-6 years to try to keep me from switching. This time it was 20 a month in credit - while OK it still put me almost $25 over the streaming services per month
have you guys tried using fubo via VPN? (I assume fubo doesn't show PL in the US) fubo gives you every PL game every week. I use VPN when I'm in a non-fubo country and so far it's worked fine every time. most VPNs (I believe) give you a 30-day trial.
I don't think Fubo will function using a vpn. I used to have fubo and I also have a vpn on my laptop.Fubo wouldn't work if the vpn was turned on in my computer
weird - you mean when abroad, right? I can see it if you had the VPN on at home, because fubo is available in Canada. like I said, I've been v happy with it when on vacation. fingers crossed it stays that way.
I use a vpn from Norton , comes with my anti virus stuff and it masks my home address and makes it look as tho I'm somewhere else in Canada. So despite looking as tho I'm still in Canada Fubo would not work unless I logged in at my home ip address . Yeah I've used it away from home too but not while the vpn was turned on.
Yup ditched DirecTV last year and went full streaming with YouTube TV and others through a Roku box and haven't looked back.
True to form I felt a paw on my back as my alarm woke me on the stroke of 4:30. Sleepily I reached for the remote and wandered through all the menu options to reach my DVR option, only to see that yellow alert sign ☢️ So I smacked Bandit on the snout (or do just pigs have snouts?) and told him to check next time.
A couple of years ago now, I dumped my satalight service, taking that dish off my roof and picked up Sling. Giving me better program options for 1/3 of the price. I still had to pick up the "Cock" and Paramount but still a substantial savings over the company who advertised us to cut the cable and save. Now I'm looking for better options that still give me the programming we want. I really miss F1 and cricket but that means paying ESPN. I hate the thought.
