Berti Glauber told it to me (I often met him in the pizzeria of my Brasilian friend Junior - his sister is married to the Italian owner - in former days). Nearby I've read diverse German articles (unfortunately, I don't find the links anymore) that with Glauber, Galasek (who played for Ajax before he came to Nuremberg) and Sorin, the Bundesliga had 3 players of Jewish ancestry.

Luis Sadovnic of 15 yrs old is playing for the Venezuelan under-17 NT, seems like he's a big promise for Venezuelan football, he plays for San Agustín del Paraiso school, he used to play for Hebraica (the jewish school of Caracas)...the southamerican under-17 tournament will start next month...if he goes i'll bring some updates..

I watched some videos of Obertan the other day, he is really fast, Israel should have called him up, hes already been capped by the U-21's in france already, some people seem to think he is the next Thierry Henry, we'll see about that

I assume if he is good enough to play for france u-21 he probably has dreams of playing for the A-team, so im sure it would be difficult for Israel to convince him otherwise....however if it happens then i hope he can learn hebrew so he can communicate on the field

Here is an updated list. Please see if I missed something. Remember, being on the list does not mean a player is Jewish according to Jewish law or practices Judaism, it simply means that they are of Jewish ancestry (at least one Jewish grandparent) and would qualify for Israeli citizenship and not count as a foreigner for Israeli clubs and possibly even contend for a spot on the national team.
