the first time in my life that if US lose i still be happy because that means Donovan will be able to play for the Galaxy on monday against RealM...but i am hoping for the win off course...
connelly reported on espn.com that bruce has already decided on his lineup and the lineup makes sense dolo-gooch-conrad-vanney mastro ralston dmb job donovan wolff for what we have to lineup for this tourney, this is pretty much our best available. we brought 23 players, reiss wont be dressing, neither will sanneh (injured), casey (injured), davis (injured), hejduk (suspended), that leaves 18 and pope is injured. so that leaves on the bench . . . hanneman dempsey quaranta armas pope noonan so deciding who is coming in should be pretty easy - if we are up armas is definately coming on. the only way pope will play, according to connelly, is off the bench so he probably wont come in unless someone get injured. So we have armas and most likely dempsey and noonan or if behind, no armas and dempsey, quaranta, and noonan. i never realized how thin we were . . . GO USA!!!
