They did him a favour. Now was their chance to legally relieve themselves of that horrible contract.

I think it's great. He's becoming a versatile player. I remember when he first debuted under Hugo Sanchez he played as a striker. Ever since he has played different positions, from winger to wingback and right back. He has a future both as a national team player and to move abroad. I hope he moves abroad sooner than later. We'll see how well this position suits him. If I'm not mistaken he played as DM/CM at Toulon last year, whereas Abella, Van Rankin and played Guzmán RB.

Looks good to me. He belongs in the midfield. I've gained some confidence in the new coach after seeing how he trains and interacts with the players. He's also devoted to the youth system.

To me the team is tailormade for a 4-3-3 with Pizarro as RCM, Hernandez at defensive, and Guti as LCM. Our strikers Nahuelpan, Martinez, Magaña, have together an average height of like 6'1. Calero will probably be very tall also. They'd be well served by Lozano/Damm on the right and Penilla/Almeida on the left.

I understand the 4-4-2 though. We have a lot of wingers.

outgoing mexican talent was not replaced by young mexican talent. instead replaced by old worn out foreigners. this must be the next step, established talent pipeline going out replaced with young local talent. soon....

Finally someone takes notice. Te Kloese is one of the best youth coordinators México. He helped Tigres win countless championship as well as scouting Espericueta and Zacarías. Many players were called up to the young national teams under his reign. He's not as stubborn and grandiose as Potro or many other Mexican coaches.

I remember he also brought many (mostly useless) pochos and gringos tho, so sadly not all was good from his time at Tigres xP
