    Almeyda to Monterrey is the latest rumor... He could be reuniting with his former River Plate players, Barovero, Funes Mori, Vangioni, Carlos Sánchez. Makes sense... Even more that Pizarro is going to Monterrey...

    No way in hell Chivas let's him go anywhere that isn't Europe. Don't feel like Almeyda would want this move either.

    Yea...but I just don't see Monterrey having the charisma to lure him away.

    After the cycle is over at Chivas sure, but right now, Chivas has more cache. Chivas and El Pelado will decide when to call it quits, and MTY won't have anything to do with it.

    Monterrey having deeper pockets won't be enough I feel.

    So let's say that chivas do sell Pizarro for 17 million and use that money to buy Guti, how much do you guys think pachuca would want to sell Guti? I Would assume no les than 10 million possibly the same amount Pizarro was sold.

    There are rumors that Martínez met with Bielsa. Seems like a stretch to me, even if they did meet, Bielsa has been a friend of the institution for a while and he has recommended coaches in the past.
