Today FC Vaduz plays in the semi-final of the Liechtenstein Cup at USV Eschen/Mauren, which plays in group 5 of the 2nd interregional league in Switzerland. They are currently second.

FC Vaduz is going for their 45 final since 1946. They have won 31 of those finals. The winner of this cup gets a UEFA Cup spot, which FC Vaduz has a strong possibility of acchieveing.

"Today FC Vaduz contested the semi-final of the Liechtenstein Cup. As has been their normal way this year, the leader of the promotion/relegation round did not tremble in beating USV Eschen/Mauren 1-7, thanks to … six goals from Daniele Polverino and one from Slekys. Vogt and Martin Stocklasa did not play.
In the final- its 45th since 1946!-, on 11 May, the team of Walter Hörmann will take on another team which represents Liechtenstein from the 2nd Interregional league, FC Balzers. A 32nd victory?"

    Rough translation from Top11.ch

Looks like FC Vaduz will be going to the UEFA Cup again.

So the final is Vaduz - Balzers? Chalk up another Uefa Cup appearance by FC Vaduz. Maybe they will meet Paris St. Germain again...:D
