Everyone gets one prediction. 2. You enter one name if we start with one forward, two names if we start with two forwards, three names and so on... 3. You can't change your prediction. 4. If you make a prediction in 2003, the entry bet will cost $1. If you make a prediction in 2004, $2. If you make a prediction in 2005, $3. If you make a prediction in Jan 2006, $5. If you make a prediction in Feb 2006, $8. If you make a prediction in Mar 2006, $10. 5. All winners with exact predictions get the pot, shared equally if necessary. 6. If no one predicts correctly or the US does not qualify, all bets are off. 7. First and last names must be submitted for a valid entry. (Club teams may be needed if necessary.)
