    From the first day of group play at the US Youth Soccer National Championships at the Maryland SoccerPlex:
    Mike Bradley, son of MLS Chicago Fire coach Bob Bradley, scored twice for Sockers FC Chicago U-15 in its 3-1 win over the Palos Verdes (Calif.) Raiders (and Sigi Schmidt's son). Hey, if you can do it against CJ & Boca . . . .

    Magic U-19s (Grabavoy, O'Rourke & Wiesener among others) draw the defending champs from NY.

    Magic U-17s draw Md.

    Windy City Pride U-15 girls draw with Va.

    Magic U-14s lose to Ca.

    Team Chicago U-14 girls lose to Atlanta

    Actually, he's an assistant at UC-Irvine.
