• Getner Drummond - Current OK AG, can self-finance from Drummond Family (Ranch) fortune (Killers of the Flower Moon). Establishment GOP candidate, least MAGA of the the three

Already a dead project. We looked at it for the hospitality work and after a few meetings, were happy not to be shortlisted.

Literally every bit of upstream and downstream water (Potable / Waste / Storm) would have to be upgraded of constructed, insufficient road infrastructure and natural gas infrastructure - the only thing remotely available would the GRDA hydroelectric power generation.

Design team is already suing for non-payment of fees and has stopped work.

Best thing that can happen now is Cherokee Nation to acquire the land for pennies on the dollar
