Dream on mate. As usual you are just setting yourself up for disappointment! Only marginally better? Oh my giddy aunt!!!
I'm getting tired of these coments. We have already established that the cast majority of posters here are American, this is an American board and the vast majority certainly on this fourm have come to watch games and are know their stuff. So lets cut the xenophobic posts ok?
As you know I don't like bring pedantic but I would point out that nobody on this board has ever posted something derogatory, or derisory about Zen!! I love the whole idea, that makes me a Zenophile I suppose! I daresay if a person loves foreigners that would make him a Xenoplile!
There is retorting properly and then there is retorting using where he lives and saying thats why he doesn't know much. There is a big difference. One is fine, the other doesn't go down so well.......................
Hmmm... someone from another country saying that the fact someone is an American doesn't mean they don't know what they're talking about. Now that's something you don't see much these days.
lol sorry all americans for my xenopobia may you all eat hamburgers, worship tv preachers and wave confederate flags in peace!
Who hasn't won the Champions League yet? Heh, OK. Again, marginally better at Arsenal. Henry hasn't had the same form as recent seasons and really is your only prolific striker. Ledley is as good as Kolo Toure also. But you'd only really reap the true dividends of that when the debts are paid off. Until then you wouldn't really challenge Chelsea or Man U in the transfer market. Besides we're looking to increase our ground, which will also bring in extra revenue. Only because of the last day's result. No illness and we would have beaten West Ham.
Oh, but that crazy music they play during the sped up segments just drives me nuts! Just to get even further off topic, I remember when I was maybe 13 or 14 we had some visitors, the family of a German girl/woman that my mom's family had hosted as a foreign exchange student when she was in high school (though I may have that wrong, as it occurs to me that my mom was in high school from 1943 to 1946). We barbecued hamburgers, and the kid that was just a couple of years younger than me kept saying, with this idiotic grin on his face, "Ve eat hamburgers, und ve are Hamburgers!!!" That's stayed with me in an oddly disturbing way. As for the confederate flags, only half of us wave them. That was kind of the point of the whole deal.
Am I? Beat Chelsea and we have an excellent chance of making the final. Beat Sevilla over two legs and there is no reason why we can't win it. Yes only marginally. Over the past 18 months Spurs have lessened the gap on Arsenal.
oh dear, someones reaching, i have freely admitted my spelling is shite is this supossed to offend me?
Haha he looked like a fairy. In all honesty though, what are with the posts claiming "you live on a different continent so you're not a fan." Complete and utter crap considering this board is fulll of Americans, and many of us have spent a lot of time in London.
Really, how did you do against them earlier in the season when you didn't have any illness ? Oh and you had home advantage then too. i assume you must have stuffed them then ?
