Well a target man might be useful in our team, to mix things up, it's to predictable.
Yes no where near Henry, and May be RVP,but Adebayor, and Aliadiere you have got to be joking right.

    Sometime the true hurts.

And just what the hell is Australia arrogances?

Im sick of the English arguement thats bandied about when i tell someone i support Arsenal. IF there were English players good enough that werent stupidly overpriced, they would get a game.

But not only are these players NOT good enough to wear the red and white, their cost is rediculous.

Aha thats ok then, most of our cricketers are smug as f*ck. To be honest though id only think its Ponting, McGrath, M. Clark and Warne that gave our team that "arrogant" feel.

I wonder wat that Moderator(Rick) thinking now about Berbs, to be fair m8 any striker that scoring goals should fit in well at arsenal, and if you think not well your a bit looply.
Goals=win. Clean sheet=Losses or sometime draws

Im saying he would go nicely in our team, like Sol Campbell. He scoring goals which is a whole more than wat our current squad are doing.

Everything about Berbatov would go well with our team, but he doesn't have the pace. Like Rick said, he's a target man. I think he's great technically and in terms of vision, creativity and playing people through, but he's just not quick enough.

The only way he'd be useful is in a Bergkamp role, and I don't think he's THAT amazing to play the striker-in-the-hole role with one striker under our system, particularly now that Henry has gone farther away from his typical-striker mode. RvP certainly couldn't work off of that, I dont think. Adebayor isn't quality enough, I dont think

If pace was that important then Walcott would be scoring for fun.
"But he's just not quick enough" that why god created people like Henry.

Umm... Did i just read that correctly or did i miss something where it says Clean sheet=losses... If you keep a clean sheet against opposition, is it possible to lose in normal time? Is there a loophole im unaware of?

.........Rick you're having a laugh right.....I don't think you could be more wrong with your description of him. normally I respect what you write but this is shite mate. Berbatov has enough pace to get away from the last defender, has excellent feet, your players would have a field day playing off of him. his movement is incredible, he is just an alround elegant player. I think he would fit in with the current Arsenal style of quick movement as he finds space, And he is absolutely in a deadly vein of goal scoring form. Sure Spurs at times play the ball in the air, but since our upturn in form they've been lovely flowing football. with a lot of 1-2's and excellent movement. hope it continues against the chav's on Monday.

What do I think? Well firstly just Rick will do my first name isn't Moderator. My posts have nothing to do with how I mod. (apart from those to do with cunty, Barry Manilow and other such things) Secondly i am a bit unsure how an Arsenal fan has a "pet" name for a Spu*s player...........Lastly, I still don't think he'd be any good at Arsenal or any better than what we have already.

Sorry mate, but your talking out of your backside. Aliadiere is without doubt one of the most promising players we have ever had at Arsenal. And thats saying something. The guy has had injury after injury and finally now seems to be fit. Last night he was simply supurb and has shown his quality time and again this season. Go back and watch some video's of games. In fact go and watch last nights again if you've forgotten so soon...............

As for Adebayor - heard it all before. He is young, will improve and works damm hard. If some of the other players followed his example we would have more points.
