\What are you referring to by saying he "went offside." Are you talking about the guy who wrote the story? Offside, meaning what?
Apologies just catching up. That's a very good intelligent question. The reference was to the adage "what goes on in the locker room stays in the locker room." With a clear caveat "within reason." Anything spoken over the line in any way is unacceptable. But anything related to players opinions of players, or gossip of any kind, stays there. I know a writer who covers a team in a pro league. If he ever printed anything like X, and Y and Z don't want a locker near A - they would have a hard time getting interviews or probably even getting access to players again. These players have to work together and negative gossip stinks the room and affects performance. A league's owners, managers and coaches are a small world. The gossip was probably known by writers who cover PSG and/or French women's football. The difference is probably they know the cost associated with publishing it. Both to themselves personally and the players who they respect and have relationships with. At the end of the day not a big deal either way, just personally not a fan of locker-room gossip, especially anonymous and against the victim of a horrible crime.
Both players are back in training, but not been selected in any matchday squad due to coming back to full fitness reasons. I think the transfer window will see some movement for one or both players according to the papers who also say the club wants to keep both players.
Podcast with the France manager Corinne Diacre hosted by World Cup winner Bixente Lizarazu for those who understand French.

Before "moaning" in the papers, as you say, Henry complained face to face to Diacre several times, trying to discuss and fix some problems. but the autocrat psychorigid obtuse stupid aka coach didn't want to hear and try to understand. Does she even know the word "compromis" Diacre prefers Charlotte Bilbaut (main caracteristics : heavy, tractor, tendency to butcher, need 1000 shoot to score one ...), and called also Ella Palis, as a midfield.. What, , u don't know Ella Palis ????? now, if the bleues win euro 2022, good. if they don't, i don't give a d***
She has changed a lot and not for good after coaching Clermont in Ligue 2. That experience has made her close herself like oysters do.
France are nearly there with a 2-1 win in Llanelli. Horrible hard pitch. Cold, rain and wind. Wales have improved under Gemma Grainger. France well.... Same all same all. I have to say the matchday -1 press point and the post game mixed zone were not fun. The youth teams are playing too, the u-23 lost to Belgium, the u-20 lost to Sweden u-23. The u-19 are playing the euro qualifiers. The u-17 made it to the finals. The u-16 are playing the famous Montaigu tournament.
Job done, 1-0 win against Slovenia. Another average / mediocre performance. Qualification is done. Next up is the Squad reveal sometimes in June. We have a good idea who will be in the 23 players and who will not ( the blacklisted players: a long list). Target is to reach the Euro final, it is not likely to happen.
France squad reveal live on TF1 in 15 minutes, no surprise to expect the blacklisted players are still blacklisted ( Henry, Le Sommer, Hamraoui).
She is just bad at football... (in Diacre 's mind) And for the non selection of Henry, Diacre justiifef this saying : " On ne peut pas se baser sur la performance d'un jour, c'est du long terme" I don't know if i have to laugh or cry...
She rebelled against Diacre like Henry. And she is expendable because the young players have come up. Unlike Henry where no one has come to claim the shirt. No doubt Diacre will be sacked after the Euros as the target is to reach the final and well...
I am not so sure of that... Diacre may be sacked if France fails at the Euro group stage, but i would'nt bet if it stops at quarter or semi-final...
Anyway, It is really a shame I remember WWC 2019, Henry scoring at the 106 minute against Brazil, giving the win and pushing France to the quarter final. Now i regret her goal as without it, France might have lost the game and Diacre been sacked. Diacre is a poison, and not only for that....
I put it here congratulation to Amel Majri Future is on Félicitations @AmelMajri7 https://t.co/s4H2RGkAzo pic.twitter.com/RkIpHQglz3— Willy Pasche (@willy_pasche) July 5, 2022
Jones was incompetent I think, Diacre is stubborn and rigid. From the multiple chats I had with her in the 2010-13 years, she is actually a competent coach. Regarding players' management that's another story.
if she’s stubborn and rigid, she’s stupid, meaning she’s a bad coach lol I want France to win a tournament but they haven’t even been close the last two tournaments
