An opinion shared by Matt Doyle. Besler's taken the bulk of the heat today, but Onuoha's been a disaster. Didn't track Rubio on the 1st, concedes an unnecessary pen on the third. Really, really questionable performance. #SKCvRSL— Matthew Doyle (@MattDoyle76) November 11, 2018
don't you dare say that on twitter or on soapbox. Besler is at fault, not Nedum. His name is really close to Ned and therefore he is god's gift. I'll be honest, when I watch the guy, all I think of is Chris Schuler. He's awkward and physical. Both the pk's he's given up have been because of exactly that. I'm not saying he's bad - I'm just saying he's not easy on the eyes in terms of technical ability. He's shown an ability to make smart runs to cut off angles, but actual tackles have been lacking. This could very well be because he hadn't played a competitive match since the end of QPR's 2017/18 season prior to joining us. That game, for note, was on May 6th. Nedum first played for us (for just a few minutes) on September 30. That's 147 days and look, it could be that both CB's were bad in the SKC away game. That Petke deciding to use a duo that has NEVER played together, in the biggest game of the season, was a bad idea. Both were setup to fail. I still haven't seen a thing about Glad. The word with MSilva was that he could possibly go. To make the decision to play neither was mind boggling. CORRECTION This is wrong. Nedum last played for QPR on April 7, 2018. He was ejected in a 4-0 drubbing and never made it back into the squad for the last five matches. Which means it was 176 days between that game and the next competitive match for the guy.
I saw that. Do you think he still logs on with his old BS handle? Just in case he's reading this: F U Doyle. It's your fault we lost. Stick to politics, unless you're unfailingly uncritical of my team.
Shit, I don't judge Doyle. I read the other fan pages when they lose, it's awesome. Schadenfreude forever.
