Leeds played a friendly against FK Haugesund (Norway, 3rd level) on Wednesday. They lost 1-0, and someone I know who saw the match said Leeds were awful. I'm trying to get a report on Lewis, as I'm assuming he played. According to the Leeds website, 22 of 23 squad members were used in the game.

What I've heard isn't much.... Leeds were awful and before halftime one of the Haugesund players did a two footed tackle on Rob Hulse. He'll be out at least two weeks.

Leeds play Stavanger on Saturday before coming back to England for the following (all away):

    July 20 - Darlington
    July 24 - Celtic
    July 26 - Grimsby Town
    July 30 - Barnsley

The season then starts on Aug 7 with a home game against Millwall

He said he didn't remember Lewis doing much, but the trialist, Freddy something, was the top player for Leeds.

Eddie played 84 min (Pugh subbed in for him). One mention in the report from somewhere in the first half:

Eddie Lewis then put in a chip from the left hand side into the area but it was met by a Celtic head. Leeds were at least starting to take the game to the home side.
