i don't know LYP and where he's resided in the past, but i can confidently say Vancity will be one of his very favorites. it's an awesome, clean, diverse city with something for everyone. as a bachelor, i can testify it works out just fine for me.
Where does this rate amongst MLS? It seems higher than the joe schmoe but less than what I presume DPs make?

Thanks. Does he use that DP spot? The number looked pretty big compared to the 40k number that I had in my mind for local product.
LYP will not be using a DP spot if his salary is less than 335k US (there is a way his salary can be higher than 335k without using a DP spot but it's a bit complicated) why is LYP dressed like a commie in that vid? lol
