His agent should get in touch with Neil Lennon quick! With Izaguirre out, Celtic could use a experienced LB on a short term basis.

I wouldn't mind seeing LYP at Celtic.

Haha that would be the most Koreans on a European team ever, right? I don't think there has ever been more than even two (Cha and Ki).

Haha I totally forgot about that! In this thread of all places...

I think PSV has had the most Koreans (though not concurrently) with the two mentioned above and Friendship Radish.

With transfer deadline closing in... no word on LYP. Is he headed back to the K League?

You can sign players at any time if they are unattached.

So I take that none of you guys are gutted with Lee going to Vancouver?

I can't believe we finally have a recognizable Korean player in the MLS and he goes to..Vancouver of all places. He probably didn't have a lot of options within the league--that I understand--but really, what exactly is Vancouver?

yo don't hate. vancouver is a beautiful city and i have two words for you. BC BUD.

but, vancouver has nothing on toronto in terms of korean churches. i mean seriously LYP what are you thinking ... you know how many korean churches there are in Toronto alone? It's RIDICULOUS. He could have started his own protestant denomination here. sigh.

w/e I will still buy a TFC ticket when Vancouver come to play. Anyone other BS Korea members want to make the trip with me?

Would have been lovely if he went to the Sounders.
