yeah I know he shouldn't .. that was in our Final Match
the two teams tied 'n it ended in penalties
he was one of the selected five players
    Unfortunately... we've lost :( 4-5
I hope that does not affect the players in our next match
with Bunyodkor because it is more important

The Korean player / Lee Young Pyo was voted
the best player for the season 2009-2010
by Alhilal fans in a poll conducted by
    the club's official website " Al-Zaeem
where he got 99.9% of the votes landing the first place

Wow, 99.9%! Do you know how many people participated in the poll? I wonder who the 0.1% voted for?

after each match al hilal web site do this poll
for evaluating all the players on their performance
there is thousands of hilal fans voting for it
    people assessing each player performance
is it excellent , good , in medial or bad .....like this

    [IMG] [IMG]

they got all the polls for last season and get the average of it
the result was like this :
    1- lee young pyo 99.9%
    2- christian Wilhelmsson 98.9%
    3- osama hawsawi 98.85%
    ...........etc
so lee young pyo got the first place with 99.9 % of people voting
He performed well in all games and keep consistently level
i don't think there is any one vote bad for him

I like how the announcer called him Lee Pyo Young and then corrected himself. I guess the combination of the thrill of the breaking play and the surprise of Lee weaving his way towards goal had the announcer thinking to fast.

Wow, talk about coming full circle. And is LYP still under contract with Borussia Dortmund? I thought he signed with Hilal; was it only a loan? I'm going off Google Translate so please fill me in if I'm reading something wrong.

Lee is under contract with Al-Hilal. He has signed a contract extension. Lee's side said there is zero chance of him going to Roma.

Don't expect him to move from Al-Hilal.

Does the league season run during the same period as Europe? I would like to hope for a loan spell maybe?

The league season starts at different times but usually around an August to Marchish schedule.
