He needs to be played as a seconda punta to succeed. He doesn't have the vision or passing accuracy to be a 10. He doesn't have the top line speed to be a winger, although his acceleration is good. He is too light weight to handle defensive duties needed in deeper positions. Hence it's second striker or bust. I quite like him though and think in the right team he can be successful.

What's troubling is that he's not struggling because of an adjustment period, his stature and lack of strength are holding him back.

Every time he has the ball, he has it for about .5 seconds, gets closed down, and immediately makes a pass to relieve pressure because he gets muscled off the ball otherwise. I wonder where he goes from here.

Really good showing. He's a bit of an insufferable cvnt but I sorta like it. Needs to chill out with the flailing though or he'll get a rep for diving.

 

Good game for him. As for the flailing and dramatics....either the kid is either that passionate about winning or he’s an ostentatious prick.
