Man he looks so much more conservative than what I remember of him. And was he always so one-footed?

remember he hasn't had that much playing time since broken leg v2 and still early in his preseason to boot. and in terms of one footed, yes when it comes to shooting power.

I meant more in terms of dribbling/passing. LCY and the words shooting power don't really go together lol. I do believe he scored against Argentina with his left though? Or was that PJS against Greece? Sigh...memories of when we actually looked proficient at the World Cup.

I think he's far better dribbling with off foot than say Kim bo kyung who looks like he's been dared to only use one foot. As for passing, his crosses with his right are far better which leaves managers with tough decision as to play him on left with modest shot power or in right with modest crossing power but not both.

In the highlight clip it looked like LCY was given license to roam from either wing and in between as well. Anyone else see it?

Played a half. Mutch I thought I read got hurt so CPFC may be thinner for subs too.

going off the reddit thread, he was a wolves' fan favorite and has quite a strong shot with his left foot. it looks like he and LCY will be the backup wingers. worries me that LCY is the only winger without much of a goal threat.

I think it was interesting that Pardew was telling to LCY to pass last season when he was subbed on. For now its a good thing that he's offering something different though we'll see how AP uses him if at all.

a complete mistake to sit a healthy LCY. if ends up sitting this season, I won't be able to contain my pissedness.

Sounds like LCY had a knock from last friendly that he's worked through
