Say it Ain't So? I think they look awful

Why can't we keep the Simple and Clean Kits we have right now? They are sharp and nice. I love the dark blue away shirt we have right now, it is so sexy, but I never was able to get my hands on one. Does anybody know where I can still get one in a size large with Tim Cahill's name and number on the back WITHOUT going to the FFA website and paying $165 Us dollars PLUS shipping?

Can anyone confirm and PLEASE deny that these are our kits? What does everyone think?

Nike are well & truly ruining everything they touch lately. There are some real shockers produced by them for the world cup.

Because it would interfere with sponsors and their dollars. I agree, they're woeful. Almost as bad as those horrid white strips they wore a few years ago. They should go back to Adidas. The strip they wore in the 2003 friendly against England were the best thus far.

HORRIBLE! the homage 06 kit was good, though i didn't like it at the time for being too plain. But my word that is UGLY, thats something you see out of sunday football leagues

I hope this is not true and its just a gee up, because if it is, its a big step backwards, and if I find the ********wit responsible for approving this shit, Ill cut up one of these clown shirts and force him to eat it piece by piece.
I was so proud of the gear we had at 06, and kind of expected it to become our default strip like the kangaroos in rugby league, because it looked unreal, but now.. this.

Are you serious? Whichever company has the rights to our National Jersey provides the design. If its Adidas, you'll end up with something with three stripes- if its Nike- you end up with shit like this. If it was Unbro you'd end up with something even worse. ;)

I think your trying to say Umbro?
No but what you say is bullshit, companys can put their logos on like 3 strips from adidas, or the pumas from pumba but they dont have complete control over what the jerseys design will look like.

And this back at you too ;)

Sure- if you say so- they have no say on the jersey design- I guess that's why we end up with jerseys like this! ;)

The kit in action, doesn't look that bad, alot better then the stock images. But still not good. Considering some of the other nicer kits doing the round id love if Puma got our kit contract.

When I saw it in reality- the away jersey that is- it doesn't look that bad.

I havent seen the home one yet.
