That PSG shirt is so stupidly simple. I understand the trend toward cleaner, less complex shirts, but it's a freaking black shirt, with some branding and patches on it. Atleti shirt is nice, though. Bayern, Madrid, and Chelsea are good as usual. Adidas has done a good job with kits lately. Barcelona with the horizontal stripes looks weird.
Adidas is also ending the predator line, after 20 years of existence! They're basically ending all silos, including the f50, 11pro, and nitrocharge. They will have two brand new boots, called the X and the Ace. They will also have a specific Messi boot. Pics of the new silos:
Love the Dortmund one, clean clean clean...also, always been a fan of collars on jerseys, distinguishes it from a a basic t-shirt with patches on.
So wasn't it said at the time of our signing that we would be getting a specific design in the Fall of 2015??
Yep. But I wouldn't be surprised if adidas just disregards that date. They gave us some generic template under the justification that there wasn't enough time to make a specific kit. But at the World Cup, they made a new kit for Spain within a couple days. Our kits were also sold out almost immediately (the authentic ones, not the pijaca crap). So they clearly don't give a shit... But let's hope I'm wrong.
Yea I fear that will actually happen....I wouldn't be surprised if the FA cut a backroom deal where we would get the generic crap while they pocket the rest themselves.
