What is effective is a red card or suspension from the league for this behavior. A three game suspension and 5k fine would tone down the Harris elbows.

LOL - don't give my wife any ideas. I thought the latest research said concussions were not cumulative - as long as any damage was allowed to fully heal before the next incident. Certainly there are degrees of concussion and I don't know how major they can be before there is no full recovery. So this may not apply to Major injuries, but it seems logical for minor dings. Seen anything more current?
The last word on concussions was when we were worried about Chad last time. Currently the thinking is that the effect on the brain from a concussion is completely treatable with rest. Last year and up to this point Chad seemed 100% healed. But taking three strong elbows to the head would have to be hard on you. And that last shot would have laid anyone short of a professional fighter out. That was a flat out mugging.
He wasn't wearing it? I don't really remember. I guess I just assumed he was. Was that one the free kick to the head when he wasn't looking?
I don't recall. What I did recall was the story after the injury where it was mentioned that he decided not to wear the head gear as he was feeling better....

Frankly, Hesmer has been awful this year. Hope he gets healthy, but he's screwed the pooch on a least 4 goals I can think of.
Uhh, we’re going to need a lot more hands tonight if Troy’s Ultras (just an easy way to refer to everyone working tonight) are supposed to do that, we have our hands full for Chicago. If we get everything done I might see if people want to get together Thursday/Friday to do some HH tifo if I lay out the cash, but that will be a lot of work and we’ll need another section to display it with what is already being done it just won’t fit anywhere.

Hamstring tear, according to Mitchell this morning. Hmmmm, that doesn't sound like something that heals quickly.
OTOH, maybe this will translate in to more tailgate. Still, he needs to get better. We need him on the field.
