We know you guys had a lot of fun at MLS CUP 2005. Have you booked your flights for Nov 2006 yet? You will want to reserve a flight now while all the airfare wars are going on! And plan to arrive Friday! Just wanted to give you a heads up that we are planning lots of cool, fun things for this year. Supporters Cup Tournament on Sat Morning, and the Supporters Bash and Charity Auction on Saturday night. Which brings me to a special request. We need a Supporters Group Tshirt from each of the supporters groups, and a couple of LAG jerseys (replicas are fine). We have a seamstress who will be putting together memorbilia items made from the tshirts and jerseys. These items will be put in the charity auction. Sadly, we don't have a thing from LA - you guys are the champs, you need to represent! So, can you dig up a couple of items to donate to the effort? Thanks! Boga Jonito
we're boycotting because the Cup final should have been at the HDC this year. ok, i lied, im not even in a supporters group. but FC Dullards cheated with the pizza bribe! just kidding. good luck.
hah. they ran out of pizza at Pizza Hut Park. when has the HDC ever run out of ways to screw you for money?
When I was there for MLS Cup 2005, the pizza there was crap. It wasn't the kind of pizza I get at my local Pizza Hut.
i like the freschetta pizza they have at the HDC. its good stuff. expensive, like everything else. tasty, though.
the pizza is meh, but its the only food i eat at the stadium I got too many cold hot-dogs (when I asked for it to be warmed I was told it could take 20 minutes) I've been handed a hot-dog in a moldy bun add to the list a stale pretzel here and there and pizza is the only thing that hasn't totally blown, but it still leaves much to be desired at Bee's donuts (avalon and victoria) after a game I got 3 donuts, a massive ham & cheese sandwich, a dr pepper, and a coffee for $6.25........that would have cost about $35 in the stadium
or you could just skip the food at PHP and drink cold beer and eat good pizza at Poppy's across the street from the south entrance. Free parking too. What I'll be doing when the G's are in town next week.
