The memo kind of implies the use of law 18, doen't it.

The last paragraph is definately important here in the south, where even "Oh Crap" can get you a caution!

Interesting the US Soccer doesn't even have this paper on their own web site yet. It's dated TODAY.

There are two other papers on the US Soccer website that were issued last week, so I'll start new threads and post the links to them.

Pretty scary, huh? Just imagine the day when MassRef.Net starts posting these things before they come out of Chicago. Like a week or so in advance.
