I was riding into work at 5a.m. this morning and I caught the end of an interview with an athlete who was witty, likable and charming. They were talking about placekicking, so I thought this might be the Niners new kicker. As the interview progressed, I came to realize it was Landon Donovan! Again, soccer players continue to be the most personable of athletes. Another reason to renew my season tickets.
