A lot of the questions were either stupid or boring (like that one question about being so depressed he couldn't get out of bed? What?) But one question I liked was who was he looking forward to playing with on the Leverkusen team and he mentioned Berbatov - he actually had a tone of excitement in his voice (which is awfully hard to come by). Can't wait to see it...if only I could.
Yeah yeah yeah... What have all those dancing queens done in the world cup exactly??? How many goals and how many assists between all those runway models for Bebe that you mention?? Donovan hasnt had any less of a World Cup performance and definately more than a couple of these River PLate cheerleaders
Hey, I'm not knocking Landon, I wish him the best. Especially since he's an Earthquake. It's just that your argument against River Plate players such as Aimar, Saviola, Mascherano, D'allesdandro, Maxi Lopez after they have already won world championships (albeit sub-20 and perhaps even sub-17 as well as olympic gold) is a little absurd And don't forget that most of the guys that I mentioned are the same age if not younger than Donovan. I'm just saying keep things in perspective ... Lets all hope that things go well for Landon in germany and that he can be even more of a force in 2006 than he was in 2002.
