Can you guys tell me about Lampard. What are his strenghts/weaknesses and stuff. I have mental images of most of the other Chelsea players, but this guy I just dont quite seem to understand.

    Chelsea FC
    Nat'l Team:
His strength is going forward. He plays a similar role to Scholes at ManU - in fact he sometimes plays for England if Scholes is injured/carded or is simply not playing very well.

He has a tremendous shot with either foot but favours his right slightly.

He's what we call in England a 'box-to-box' player, i.e. He will be back tackling in front of his back-four one minute and then shooting at goal on the edge of the box at the other end the next.

His main weakness, (and it goes with the type of player he is - see above), is that he sometimes loses the ball but, frankly, not that often. He also has a bit of a tendency to lose concentration and simply mis-place a pass but, again, very rarely.
