I tried to find the original thread but I couldn't. I thought I had seen one time that LA was going to be playing Boca Jrs for the Intercontinental Cup. Anyone know if that has been cancelled or was it never really going to happen in the first place?
Can't cancel something that was never set. LA have tried since they won the Champs Cup to set this match up. There hasn't been a time in Boca's schedule until recently. Then they decided they want to play it during the MLS playoffs (not convient to LA) Doubt it'll happen but Doug Hamilton says he's trying to sort something out.
Wouldn't this game be a farce anyways as neither LA or Boca are champions of their respective continents.
its not for the intercontinental cup, its for the INTER AMERICAN CUP. i thought this game is supposed to be played in november?
