Is there an unofficial "rivalry" cup for the taking? If not, something like the Brimstone Cup would be a good idea - a little something extra for the SoCals and NoCals to bark about. They are the closest thing we have to a derby...
I don't think there's any "official" cup, but I agree that there should be something, considering how much the rivalry has grown over the last two years. Dare I say that the "animosity" between SJ & LA has surpassed the DC Crap & Chicagoon!! Being California, how about naming it the "Orange Cup"?? TOO lame, well how about the "Golden State Cup"??? Best I can do on short notice!! Doesn't help that I'm debating this after a night of drinking!!!

I'm talking about an actual cup...like the brimstone cup. It's not that I "have to have a name", but if there is to be a cup we have to call it something. Just a thought.
To be honest with you this rivalry is bad enough were everyone knows it exist without a cup, chivas and America dont have a cup, nor do River Boca, i dont think althugh not sure Celtic and rangers dont have a cup either, you can verify it with topper. But true rivalries dont come from cups they come from passion.
