La Liga Rankings: 1975-93

Don Balon magazine, is one of the most important sports magazine in Spain (also member of the ESM) was founded in 1975. In its edition #931 publicated on 06, September 1993; they made a special resume, called Los N°1 de la historia de Don Balon doing a review for the best players in the league for each season, considering the qualification average.

The seasons covered were: from 1975-76 to 1992-93. For the ten first seasons rated, La Liga has been formed by 18 clubs, then expanded to 20 clubs.

Also, the scale points had been modified:
- At the beggining, the scale was from 1 to 3 (lower to higher).
- Since 1988-89 season, the scale was from 1 to 10 (lower to higher)
