Oh that's right, you're mind is probably too cluttered, and your eyes too tear-filled remembering the Boston Red Sox blowing another season to their arch rival New York Yankees. (Sorry for the baseball reference to the Euros on here but the Red Sox haven't won a championship since 1918). Their collapse this year to their archrival was much like being up 2-0 in injury time, giving up two goals, then giving up the golden goal in the 118th minute in the semifinals of the World Cup. Again, what has the U.S. Mens National Team ever done? There are 280 million Americans but can't win even CONCACAF. And how about the Revs? What has the team contributed to international soccer? No one from the Revs has gone on to do bigger and better across the pond--and no, Joe Max Moore does not count, after initial success he was a flop. At least the Metro Stars produced Tim Howard!
