    ESTE PARTIDO COMENSARA ENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN VIVOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
    The rivalry of the year.

"Respect. Hatred. Passion." - Tim Howard

We win, and we get the gold.

    Objective:
    • Posses early.
    • Cut off service to J. Hernandez.
    • Attack early:
      • Adu?
      • Donovan
      • Dempsey
    • Cross our fingers that we win this.

If the U.S. can score an early goal, or at least avoid giving one up, then I think they have a good shot.

Mexico started and ended the Group stage with a 3 wins with a differential of +13
The United States have started the group slow starting the game with a win against Canada, losing to Panama in Florida and rebounding with a 1 - 0 Win against Guadeloupe.

The knockout stages where settled well for the Americans with a 2 - 0 win over Jamaica and Mexico with a small margin of a 2 - 1 win against Guatemala.
In the semi-finals US looked to find revenge against Panama and did so with a 1-0 win.
Mexico took the game to extra time against Los Catrachos until goals from DeNegris and Hernandez closed the deal to the finals.

Now at Pasadena, California, it's USA vs Mexico.

Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez vs. Carlos Bocanegra
Jermaine Jones vs. Giovani Dos Santos
    Andres Guardado vs. Steve Cherundolo
    Juan Agudelo vs. Hector Moreno
    Clint Dempsey vs. Rafa Marquez
    Pablo Barrera vs. Eric Lichaj
    Michael Bradley vs. Gerardo Torrado
    Landon Donovan vs. Efrain Juarez
    Tim Howard vs. Mexico’s strikers
    Alejandro Bedoya vs. Carlos Salcido

I might just be annoying now, but when you say your not Spanish your only taking about being from Spain, but if you wanted to be general you should use Latino or Hispanic. Its a pet peeve of mine when people use Spanish when referring to all peeps from Spanish speaking countries.

Really hoping for a good result tonight, not optimistic though. I see us coming out flat and either giving up an early goal or a late first-half goal after we start to surge. Then we press for the rest of the game and have a ton of half-chances that no one pulls the trigger on, and Mexico grabs a second late.

    Hope I'm wrong.

Also, Freddy's either going to have the best game of his career or come off at the half.

No surprises here. This is pretty much what they have used for all of the Gold Cup with the exception of the Goalie.

Yeah. After the Panama game I thought Adu wasn't 90 minutes fit. So Bradley is really throwing to the Lions. These are the circumstances where legends are born. I hope he plays well and is fit enough.

I guess I'll come out and say that I did not see this coming at all, by the way the Stars & Stripes were playing I thought they would bomb in the knock-out stages, but here we all the GC Final in Pasadena C.A. .

Well us being the road team I know it's going to be tough pulling a result out in this match concidering how Mexico's been playing as of late. I think this game might go into PKs, I hope not but it looks that way to me.

He's not on the bench because he is in the starting lineup. He will be on the field at the beginning of the game.
