Besides Fraiser being out, it looks like full squads are available for Wednesday.

Also, fans in LA the match looks like it'll be on Fox West 2 delayed until 8PM.

End of the line for Colorado.

3-2 G's. Cobi, Ruiz, Cien. cRapids goals by Henderson.

But I'm hoping for a tie game that brings it back to OC. Lots of stadium runs by the Riot Squad.

We'll see how serious our boys are about winning the whole stinkin' thing this season tomorrow night. Can't live on the edge with game three's. Just ask Dallas.

The only good thing about a Game 3 would be how awsome the packed Titan would be.

Yeah, Titan would be unbelievable, and let's hope we don't get anywhere close to needing it.

That sound you hear is 24,745 LAG fans holding their breaths.

After the stinker in the 2nd game against KC, LAG fans know that this team can plumb the depths with as much style as they reach the heights.

Galaxy are on a MAJOR roll and there's NO reason why it can't continue.

With no Fraser & Garlick, the G-men, led by Ruiz & Cobi, should finish off the series on Wednesday night!!

Galaxy 2 Crapids 1. On to the MLS Cup!!!!!!

Plus, Saturday is a HUGE day in NCAA football. Michigan-PSU, Texas-Oklahoma, Miami-Florida St., and Georgia-Tennessee. What a line-up. Call me crazy but I would rather focus on a smorgsbord of GREAT college football games than a Game 3 with the Crapids. C'mon, Galaxy, win on Wednesday night and get a WELL-DESERVED week & a half off before the Cup final in Foxboro!!

so if alexi picks up a card this match he's out for the next one...

so do you play lalas, hope he doesn't get a card and you win

not play lalas, hope you win, if you don't hope he doesn't get a card in the return match (i assume sigi would play him then since it's must win)

play lalas, if he gets a card throw the game so he's available for the final (and hope you don't lose).

play lalas, get a couple on the board and take him off asap?

what have we done this season when big red was out?

The Dudes play better when he's on the pitch.

This reminds me of when LA went into the '96 Cup final without their redhead, Dan Calichman, for the same reason: yellow card accumulation.

    'Lexi will play tomorrow.

I know others have scored a LOT of goals in previous seasons, but considering how I believe the league has improved tremendously over the years, Carlos' is the single greatest season by any player in league history!

I think he's just saying that LA has just notched up 2 more wins in their season (had two against KC, now two against Colorado....so that brings the season win total to 19...and that's not even including U.S. Open Cup games!?!??!?!).

    That's a sign of a league champ (Go Fish...go!!!)

Perhaps he is alluding to the US Open Cup Final.

And speaking of the the two finals. If LA can pull of these wins, will they be the first team to have the "treble"(Supporters Shield, MLS Cup, and Open)? I dont think that Chicago lead the league at year end when they won the double.

DC United in 1996 and Chicago in 1998 both won the MLS Cup and US Open Cup, but neither finished first in the regular season.

    Yes 2 more wins =

    MLS Cup
    US Open Cup

And hell, if Boca has the sack then bring them up to LA after the Open Cup and we'll get this Inter-America Cup situation settled.

First I would like to thank the Giants and the Cardinals for taking so damn long to finish 3 innings. Not! At least they showed the whole G's match in its entirety.

The score could have ended 1-1 or Colorado winning it if Ruiz had not been lucky (yes, lucky!) and Colorado would have made their shots. I can remember at least 3 chances where the Rapids could've been in the lead and winning. Give credit to the D and the goalpost for one play.

Ruiz breaks the playoff records for goals and points and we get Lalas back for the final. It's all good, although I would've love to see the G's at Titan Stadium.

A Domestic Treble would be a worthy feat...

IF they play the Revs (which looks likely now), should be a cracker of a game!!!!

BTW...what would you rather have...your next game at the Rose bowl, Titan...or your very own Soccer specific stadium????

Looks like you'll forget Titan very easily!?!??

(Just hope the hispanic community will go to the new stadium like they did for the Rose bowl)

I think that was the least i've ever worried in a play off series in the last 3 years... colorado was down right pathetic, Hankinson got coached out of his pants, nothing he did worked. Is sigi a genious (in mls terms =))?

Eh, it's possible after NTC, but the memories of Open Cup and Cruz Azul are still vivid, so maybe not. They still might play Open Cup there. And it's closer to me. Anyway, the G's get some deserved rest and await the CmB-NE winner. Man, if NE goes, could Gilette sell out?
