Only 2 Attaquants ? Niang and some other guy. Just wonderful. Good thing they dont play 4-4-2.

Riou, Givet, Zenden, Kaboré, Kaboré, M'Bami et Samassa seront sur le banc.

Good starting 11, at least. But yea, no attacking presence coming off the bench, with both Grandin and Kone out injured.

I just realized that Zubar wasn't even in the group named for the match. So something has to be up. OM.net either was wrong before, or is wrong now.

edit: lfp.fr has Erbate starting, and Zubar not in the squad. So..uh..we'll see who is right, I guess.

Le Mans mess up a clearance in the box, the ball falls to Ben Arfa, he does some nice dribbling and knocks it into the back of the net. 1-0.

I thought Samassa's header was in. Looked like it crossed the line.

    FT, 1-1. Ugh.

    Niang lost 2 one-by-one chances,Valbuena lost 1 chance too.

We are playing well, but we lost too many chances gainst Liverpool, against Monaco and today it was the same.Diouf needs to get a better striker, someone who can score...if not we'll get doomed sometime.

we need mid level or higher caliber striker because the ones we have aren't cutting it, which makes me wonder why they loaned cisse in the first place. all that ball possession and chances by can't net in a goal

Samassa's header definitely crossed the line.

I am officially annoyed. At everything. And everyone. Argh. Again.

Come on, you know why. He whined and complained that he wasnt starting and requested to leave. Anigo said it wasnt possible to have a player of his salary sitting on the bench. I don't know why Gerets didnt have Cisse in his plans from the start. If he did maybe he'd still be there. I do think the team had planned on him being there this year based on how they recruited this summer and signing him to a long term contract last year. There was always an agreement I think between both parties that he'd be allowed to return to England but I dont think OM or any fans thought he would want to do that so soon.
