Sotirios Kyrgiakos just joined my club Eintracht Frankfurt this week. Can anybody give me some info on him?! I read that hes pretty good, and was voted into the CL groupstage best 11 last season... Cant wait to see him play! Ioannis Amanatidis seems to have had a big part in bringing him here! Id like to know more about him?! Why did the Rangers let him go anyways?! There have been some rumors about Charisteas aswell, and we do still need a good attacker so well see what happens... we may just have an interestin greek-connection next season... greetz from Frankfurt!
Big no-nonesense centre-half who's a bit prone to mistakes. Rangers didn't offer him a new contract. He's OK, solid enough, but put it this way, Rangers finished 3rd in the SPL and didn't want to keep him.
Very tough defender. Good in the air. Can make crunching tackles as well. Didn't belong in a league like Scotland. He will do well at Frankfurt.
