Kroos is done, and Mordic is probably down to rotational. I don't think anyone we would really want at RM is going to be available. Tbh I might low-key as interested in watching RM as Arsenal, their style of play and the types of players they are collecting really talk to me.

Barca is so weird it's like they literally can't sell players. But also... Maybe no one wants their players?

Madrid already have Modric/Kroos replacements with Bellingham, Guler, Valverde, Camavinga, and Tchouameni before adding Zubimendi to that mix.

Barca have Gavi, Pedri, and de Jong but can't keep them healthy. Gundogan led them in minutes and they are pushing for Bernardo Silva. Add Zubimendi too and it gets crowded.

Assuming Bruno and Luiz are out of reach, not sure where an experienced midfielder is going to come from.

With Bellingham, Valverde, Tchouameni, and Camavinga; Kroos and Modric are already rotational. Though Ancelotti does a good enough job of rotating players that both got more than 1500 minutes in La Liga last season. I would think Barcelona is a much more likely destination for Zubimendi than Real Madrid.

I think they've got the wrong Fofana.

Not sure what the scouting department is monitoring, since Wesley Fofana didn’t play all season. I doubt they are monitoring his health, I think if they had any detailed information on his recovery, which I also doubt, the medical staff would be monitoring that data.

Maybe they’re looking to reunite the St. Etienne defensive pairing of Saliba and Fofana from the Covid shortened season.:D:D

I'd be happy with 30m for Nketiah. Don't see Fulham buying both him and ESR but could be a good sign of interest in both.

He's made as many first team appearances as Reuell Walters, not sure what justifies a 17m price tag. I'd take Hato over him.

If Chelsea actually get the fee they want, Edu missed out on a nice profit. He left Arsenal in the summer of 2022.

To be fair.... Edu tried to resign him and Omari wouldnt listen. He bolted for Chelsea because they threw stupid money at him.

If Chelsea get 25/30m for him, then the money they threw at him wasn't stupid.

Why aren't we looking at Dovbyk? He's pretty good from the matches I've seen of him.

I've only seen "undisclosed fee". But The Athletic did report that there was a sell-on clause.

Some mitigation arrives with the news that two deals — the sales of Omari Hutchinson and Matteo Guendouzi to Chelsea and Marseille respectively, which both appeared to be for relatively modest fees — include sell-on clauses. If the players thrive with their new clubs and make another move, Arsenal stand to profit.

Dammit, Madrid must have come in at the last minute and stole him from us. Typical.

Do they have an Ozil we can steal off them?
