Our boys were scheduled to play tonight. Yesterday afternoon, the opposing team cancelled because of Covid. I don't know how, but our coach managed to schedule a match against the #4 team in the state (we're at #3). So on the road we go (about 2 hours from home). I was doing the video/live stream, but the home team had an active student section. Maybe 50-75 kids. It was some kind of Hawaii/Luau theme, they had noise makers, a giant flag, and were having a good time. Son told us after the game the student section had done their homework. During the game they yelled "Haley (his girlfriend) is cheating on you!" He said he got a kick out of it. Pretty good to find out you're playing a different time, look up the roster, and do the research to taunt the opposition. Oh, we scored with ~2:30 left in the game and finished 1-1.
